Dr. Chu Hoang Long (Natural Resources Economics, Mathematical Modelling)
Dr Hoang Long Chu is a Senior Lecturer at the Crawford School of Public Policy, the Australian National University. He is interested in creating applied models to support policy making and policy evaluation processes related to biosecurity and disease controls; extraction strategies for water and fishery resources; structural reforms in developing countries; and green agriculture, low-carbon economy and environmental issues. He has won several coveted awards, including the Eureka prize, Australia’s most prestigious science prize for a study of water resource management.
