On  15^th August 2016, the Youth Union of the Center for agricultural Policy in collaboration with Youth Union of the Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development  held a workshop: Vietnam agriculture in new situations.

Participants in the workshop including leaders  of the Institute and relevant units as well as Youth union members.At the workshop experts shared for Youth union members about challenges of Vietnam agriculture in new situations in order to improve knowledge, skills for young researchers.

PhD.Dang Kim Khoi shared impacts of climate change in the Mekong Delta which is the biggest challenge for the Lower Mekong Delta - the "rice bowl" of Vietnam.

At the workshop, MA. Le Thi Ha Lien pointed out difficulties for farmers and barriers for enterprises in international integration.

Ms. Truong Thi Thu Trang - Head of Strategies and Policies Department shared directions of the agricultural restructuring program in Vietnam.
